Our industry is ever-changing, and we want our staff to stay ahead of the curve. To help them keep up with the latest developments in their respective fields, H2M offers:

Tuition assistance
Reimbursement of accredited architecture, engineering, management, scientific, or other approved degree program costs to maximum IRS allowable amounts at both undergraduate and graduate levels

Professional licensing reimbursement
Reimbursement of 100% of the cost required to take professional licensing exams (P.E., LEED AP, and R.A., among others)

Training and technical conference reimbursement
Covers training and industry-related seminars and events, including travel expenses

Professional dues reimbursement
Covers cost of professional society memberships (such as AIA, AWWA, SMPS, etc.)

Project management training
Our in-house project management training program is a 26-week course in H2M procedures and management practices.

Leadership training
We partner with Leadership Huntington and Molloy College’s Energeia Partnership.

Lunch-and-learn seminars
In-house classes are held to help professionals meet their continuing education requirements and to educate our staff on new developments in our industry.

A technical article writing incentive program
Employees are encouraged and rewarded for getting articles published.
