The driving force for the project was a chronic leaking problem during rain storms that required corrective work. The scope of work also included the reinstallation of the roof railing system which was previously removed, as well as renovations to the existing wood building components such as the original cupola and entry portico. Rework and repainting of the existing front stairs and building windows and trim was undertaken as well.
