Construction of the 23 unit Theresa Park Gardens Cooperative Golden Age project (Oceanside, Town of Hempstead, NY) was recently completed (spring 2007). H2M civil engineers prepared the civil/site engineering drawings, managed both town and county approval processes, and provided construction administration and construction observation services.

As of spring 2007, construction is just beginning on this 53 lot residential subdivision designed by the H2M Group. The 11 acre site is currently occupied by a 150,000 square foot industrial building, which is to be demolished to allow construction of the new homes. H2M was responsible for all civil/site engineering required for the project, including design of proposed subdivision roadways, storm drainage, sanitary sewers, coordinating design of water supply distribution system, agency approvals, etc.
