Economic Development City of Paterson, Brownfields Strategic Plan

H2M prepared a Brownfields Strategic Plan that included a comprehensive inventory of the City’s brownfield sites, a prioritization strategy based on site-specific characteristics and community objectives, and an Action Plan that outlined the steps necessary for redevelopment. The firm also developed a brownfields Geographic Information System (GIS) database that includes up-to-date brownfield data and the planning/environmental information necessary to evaluate each brownfield site.
