Economic Development City of Paterson, Urban Enterprise Zone Strategic Plan

H2M prepared a Five-Year Strategic Plan for the Paterson Urban Enterprise Zone (UEZ). The plan included a comprehensive analysis of the City’s economic base, including projections for future growth. H2M worked with stakeholders to establish goals and objectives for the UEZ and prepared an Action Plan that outlined a plan for implementation. The Action Plan identified potential administrative and funding resources available for implementation.
