Master Plans Township of Lafayette Gateway Plan

H2M worked with the Lafayette Township Land Use Board to establish a vision for the Gateway entrance into the Township. This visioning effort involved the use of a charrette to encourage active participation of Board members in creating both the vision and the plan. The plan included a concept plan for the area's highway frontage, along with proposed use regulations and design standards to guide future development of this important area.
