Redevelopment City of Bayonne, Scattered Site

H2M worked with the Bayonne Economic Development Corporation and City officials to prepare redevelopment studies and redevelopment plans for 34 sites scattered throughout the City of Bayonne. The majority of these sites were vacant and abandoned, which inhibited the revitalization of the surrounding neighborhoods. The redevelopment plans included conceptual plans, new bulk requirements, and design standards for all 34 sites.
