Transfer of Development Rights Township of Frankford

H2M is preparing a Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) Element for Frankford Township. The TDR Element includes a Concept Plan for Frankford Center, where new development is encouraged, in order to preserve and protect preserve existing farmland and open space areas in the Township.
