Transfer of Development Rights Borough of Prospect Park, Quarry

H2M has assisted the Borough of Prospect Park in undertaking a significant planning effort for the reuse of an existing quarry, which will be developed as the Borough’s TDR program with the New Jersey Highlands Council. The Quarry Reuse Plan was a visioning effort that culminated in a concept plan for the future development of the quarry. The Borough is currently working on a Transfer of Development Rights Element to implement the program.
