Zoning City of Orange

H2M prepared a new zoning ordinance for the City of Orange. The ordinance included a new tabular format for its use regulations and graphic illustrations to clarify regulations. The firm also developed new zoning districts designed to create more consolidated business districts and provide for appropriate transitional areas outside these areas. A new mixed use district and a transit village overlay district was also established.
