H2M designed an amenity building for Horizon at Ridge Hill, LLC to be used by the residents of the multiple multi-story condominium towers in Yonkers, NY.
The amenity building is directly connected through primary circulation corridors on multiple levels to provide convenient resident access to the facility. This was designed to provide both indoor and outdoor luxury amenity accommodations to a growing condominium development. Amenities include an indoor swimming pool and sauna, basketball court, fitness center, running track, children’s playroom, cinema, and rooftop patio. All building levels have walls of glass to allow natural light to flood the interior rooms and offer incredible views to the west of the treetops and Hudson River. The building is expected to be completed by November 2020.
