The project, located on a 50 acre site, consists of 28 individual cottages, 217 independent living apartments, 60 assisted living units and 60 skilled nursing beds. A 42,000 square foot community center provides dining rooms, full service dietary facility, group activity rooms, auditorium, pool specially designed for use by the elderly, exercise and physical therapy area, game rooms and a library. Sizes of units range from studio apartments to 2 and 3 bedroom apartments or cottages.
