Mill Pond Acres, located in the Village of Port Washington North, is a senior housing community. The project consists of 144 2-bedroom one-story ranch houses in groups of 4 per building. In addition, there are 106 2-bedroom apartment units in 2-story buildings, 8 or 10 units to a building. The ranch houses have attic lofts, which look into the living space below, and can serve as an office or library space. The community building contains a multi-purpose room, pool and support space. In addition, the lower level of the building will be the official offices of the Village.
