A planned community located on the site of the former Long Island Developmental Center, the site consists of approximately 400 acres fronting on Carmen Road. A variety of housing includes an assisted living facility, affordable senior housing, zero lot line residential units, and luxury single family houses. There is a clubhouse for the golf course members, a community building for the residents and a pool club for the houses. The housing units front on the green belt so that pedestrian interaction with vehicular traffic is minimized.
