Katie Stone will co-present “Welcoming for All: Facilities Design and ADA,” which emphasizes the importance of serving increasingly diverse communities. The presentation explains communities’ responsibility to create spaces that are both ADA-compliant and genuinely welcoming to patrons with a wide range of cognitive, sensory, and physical needs. The session will examine how intentional design can help transform library environments into spaces that are equitable, accessible, and welcoming for all.
