H2M provided a full array of site due diligence services to assist the developer with evaluating the project feasibility, including preparing a Critical Issues Analysis; Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, Environmental Hazardous Materials Survey, and Property Condition Report; Boundary, Topographic and ALTA Surveys; and a Geotechnical Investigation Report.
H2M also prepared Conceptual and Fully Engineered Site Development Plans and provided State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) permitting support including visual renderings and a noise evaluation for the development to obtain various permits and approvals from relevant Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) used in securing
entitlements.
H2M aided the developer with six other project sites across Long Island.
