H2M’s Michele Pincus Honored as Trailblazer in Real Estate
H2M Vice President and Real Estate Market Director Michele Pincus, Esq., was recently featured in the City & State New York Trailblazers in Real Estate spotlight.
Each year, the publication honors the developers, realtors, government officials, and consultants who help move the industry forward. As H2M’s Real Estate Market Director, Michele manages H2M’s portfolio of private development work, including residential, healthcare, hospitality, assisted living, retail, and industrial projects.
Recent projects under Michele’s Real Estate Market include Station Yards, a 53-acre, $1.2-billion transit-oriented development in Ronkonkoma, NY, as well as Long Island’s first-ever Bojangles restaurant franchise in Farmingville, NY. The fast-food restaurant was constructed through innovative modular design techniques, utilizing pre-fabricated components that were delivered to and assembled on the building site.
In addition to her work at H2M, Michele supports the real estate community through her involvement in professional organizations such as the Real Estate Institute at Stony Brook University (as a Board Member), Women Economic Developers of Long Island, Long Island Real Estate Group, and Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island.
