With more than 30 years of experience, Phil has focused on energy and utility clients, managing, or directing projects in support of infrastructure improvement, natural gas transmission and distribution, electric transmission and distribution, power generation and delivery, plant demolition services, facility siting and permitting, environmental, renewable systems, feasibility studies, and contingency planning.

As Director of H2M’s Energy Market initiative, he is responsible for strategic planning, technical leadership, business development, coordination of discipline support, and program and key account management. His expertise includes permitting, design, project management and construction support for small and large projects. Phil is also an active member of well-known organizations including the National Society of Professional Engineers and the Association of Energy Engineers.
