Mr. Taylor is a professional engineer and geologist with more than 20 years of experience.

As H2M’s Discipline Director of the Environmental Services discipline, Mr. Taylor is actively involved in client development, project scheduling, field work supervision, and providing mentoring and professional development opportunities to his staff. He also participates on H2M’s Corporate Safety Committee. His expertise includes the management of site characterizations and remedial investigations, Phase I and II environmental assessments, 24-hour spill response and program management, spill-related site investigations, work plans, underground injection control structure remediation, groundwater sampling and monitoring, expert witness and litigation support, and forensic investigations. Mr. Taylor is also experienced in providing training to clients in environmental remediation and testing-related services.
