H2M Project Featured in “Developing Long Island” Spotlight

New York Real Estate Journal recently featured one of H2M’s residential projects in its semiannual “Developing Long Island” spotlight.

The spotlight showcases some of the most exciting development projects, both new and anticipated, transforming Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Estella Housing is a four-story mixed-use building in Hempstead, NY, featuring 96 affordable apartments and roughly 7,000 square feet of family-centered retail space. The apartments feature living rooms, bedrooms, full kitchen eating areas with all-electric appliances, full bathrooms, and various storage spaces.

Residents have access to a wide variety of amenities, including a lounge area, community room, reception area, library, computer room, and fitness room, as well as shared laundry facilities and office space.
