H2M’s Innovative Spaces Article Published in Firehouse

H2M Public Safety Market Director Patrick Stone, R.A., LEED AP recently wrote an article titled “Benefits of Innovative Spaces in Today’s Fire Stations” that was published in Firehouse. 

The article emphasizes the importance of fire stations as a resource and a tool to support first responders, which demands ongoing innovation. While innovation can take many forms for these spaces, they all share common foundational needs: support for mental and physical health, access to training and development, a culture of resiliency, and strong strategies for increasing recruitment and retention.
