H2M’s Joel Richardson Featured in “Year in Review” Spotlight

H2M Real Estate Deputy Market Director and Civil Engineering Department Manager Joel Richardson, P.E., was recently featured in the New York Real Estate Journal “Year in Review” spotlight for 2025.

The annual spotlight showcases some of the commercial real estate industry’s most significant stories, deals, and projects from the past year while providing a platform for local business leaders to offer predictions and insight on the defining trends of the year to come.

Joel highlighted H2M’s recent work with Concern for Independent Living transforming underused religious school buildings in Brentwood, NY, into 175 units of supportive residential housing. The endeavor brought together nearly every discipline under H2M’s banner and showcases the value of adaptive reuse in supporting the development of much-needed housing in areas with limited available space, such as Long Island.
