H2M’s Joel Richardson Promoted to Deputy Real Estate Market Director

H2M architects + engineers is pleased to announce the promotion of Joel Richardson, P.E., to Deputy Real Estate Market Director. In his new role, Joel will collaborate closely with Vice President and Real Estate Market Director Michele Pincus, Esq., combining their distinct skills and expertise to drive the real estate market forward. 

In addition to his new responsibilities, Joel will continue to manage the civil engineering department, maintaining his active involvement with ongoing projects and clients. Joel has over two decades of experience in civil engineering and land development. His significant contributions to H2M’s growth include expertise in site planning, engineering, permitting, and entitlements. Additionally, Joel excels in business development, offering strategic insights and innovative solutions that drive successful projects and foster strong partnerships.
