H2M’s Melissa Hoereth Featured in 2025 Women in Construction Spotlight

H2M Senior Designer Melissa Hoereth, Associate AIA, was recently featured in the New York Real Estate Journal 2025 Women in Construction Spotlight.

Each year, the publication honors the most innovative, talented, and accomplished women throughout New York State’s architecture, engineering, and construction industries. Melissa, an architectural designer with over 20 years of experience, has contributed her expertise to a wide variety of commercial, healthcare, municipal, and multifamily residential projects. One of her proudest achievements was her work designing a new boiler plant and building façade upgrades for the Bay View Houses operated by the New York City Housing Authority.

In addition to discussing her career, Melissa also cited her grandmother as one of her biggest inspirations in life, having instilled in her a sense of self-confidence and self-determination that serves her well throughout her career and life.
