H2M’s Raymond Givargis Featured in Industry Leader Spotlight

H2M Studio Director and NYC Office Director Raymond Givargis, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, was recently featured in the New York Real Estate Journal (NYREJ) “Ones to Watch: Industry Leaders” spotlight!

Every year, NYREJ recognizes the top industry professionals in New York State for their leadership, innovation, and impact on the commercial real estate field. Raymond, with over three decades of experience in the design and development of private sector projects, has made tremendous strides toward strengthening H2M’s presence in New York City’s real estate and design communities.

As part of his spotlight, Raymond spoke to NYREJ about his achievements, the importance of fostering a people-first culture, and his advice for emerging leaders in commercial real estate. For Raymond, a key component of leadership is creating a supportive environment where people feel comfortable going to their manager when challenges arise.

“Put in the work, take responsibility, and build trust through your actions. That is how real leadership and respect are earned,” Raymond told NYREJ. “Running into challenges just means you are taking calculated risks, exploring opportunities, and doing meaningful work.”
