A Multi-disciplinary Approach to Campus Energy Reduction

We’re pleased to announce that Sean Callahan and Angelica Apolinaris will be presenting “Stormwater Management: MS4 and So Much More,” which highlights ways that New York State programs such as the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program and Green Innovation Grant program can help municipalities meet their MS4 and general stormwater management goals.

In April 2025, Municipal Matters, the official publication of the New York State Conference of Mayors, published an article by Environmental Planner Angelica Apolinaris in which she outlines similarities between the goals of New York State’s Local Waterfront Revitalization Program and the MS4 requirements.
