Staff Engineer Hayden Cline, E.I.T., presented “Mmm Mmm Good – Campbell’s Treatment Soup,” which discussed how New York State’s emerging contaminant regulations, combined with the EPA’s recent promulgation of PFAS regulations, have necessitated the expansion of Manhasset-Lakeville’s Campbell Central Treatment Plant to include additional treatment.
