Inland Development engaged H2M to renovate the lobby of 10 West Apartments, a multifamily residential building in Long Beach, NY.

Seeking to elevate the building’s aesthetic and enhance the tenant experience, Inland Development initiated a comprehensive modernization program. Phase One focused on a 2,000-square-foot renovation of the building’s main lobby, elevator lobby, and coffee lounge, replacing outdated finishes and reinforcing the property’s appeal to current and prospective tenants.

H2M’s design embraces the seaside character of the Long Beach community with visual references to the sand, sea, and sky found in the selection of colors and materials. The result is a light-filled lobby that radiates warmth, familiarity, and coastal vitality to all who enter.

The project was completed while the building remained fully operational and occupied. H2M coordinated carefully to minimize disruption to tenant activities, and both the client and residents have expressed high levels of satisfaction with the renovation.
