Interior Renovation Design

The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) and the Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) retained H2M to design interior renovations to the Bronx Family and Criminal Court.

The renovation of the 6,800-square-foot office space comprised a full-gut interior fit-out of the existing tenant space. We worked with the client to create accessible office spaces, a staff lounge, mothers’ rooms, and a large conference room while maintaining existing egress requirements within the multi-story building.

Our team coordinated furniture selection and locations with outside vendors to accommodate all 179 employees with room for future growth. Services also included coordinating with the Department of Buildings, Department of Citywide Administrative Services, New York City Fire Department, ACS, and DASNY.
