Interior Alterations

H2M provided architecture and engineering services for the upgrade and renovation of over 15,000 square feet of space to meet Department of Health and ADA compliance requirements.

The partial renovation of the first floor, operated by Sun River Health, comprised two dentist and eight medical offices totaling approximately 4,000 square feet. The full second floor renovations total approximately 11,500 square feet and comprise three pediatric and 17 adult consultation rooms as well as four meeting room/work station areas.

H2M also added a new elevator and upgraded bathroom facilities to meet ADA requirements and updated all electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, including the building’s sprinkler system
