Restaurant Associates approached H2M to provide cosmetic improvements and office continuity to their central spaces, converting the main lobby into a trendy, multifunctional lounge-style environment for employees and guests.

The multifunctional space allows employees to remove themselves from their typical work environment and work independently, host collaborative meetings, and gather for lunch in a quiet space away from their desks.  H2M carefully phased the new design work to respect normal daily operations in the lobby.

The interior alterations properly align the feel of the workplace with the company’s vision and reflect their evolvement through ergonomic design. The lobby features a custom-designed shelving unit displaying items that reflect the company’s values and history. The warm terracotta color featured in the expanded kitchenette design evokes the beautiful warmth and elegance of copper utensils and pottery. The lobby also features graphics and original framed artwork on the wall.

Other key features include the banquet style benching with flanking wall sconce illumination, a rustic table, and millwork used in the employee break room.H2M reimagined the workplace experience for Restaurant Associates through the renovation of their office. The design scope encompassed strategic enhancements to the lobby and a refreshed employee break area, each space thoughtfully curated to elevate functionality and experience. A vibrant color palette, large-format digital graphics, and updated ceiling design with integrated lighting were key design elements used to reflect the company’s dynamic identity. From concept development through construction administration, H2M provided full-service architectural and interior design services, including material and finish selection, documentation, permitting, bidding, and on-site coordination. The result is a cohesive engaging environment delivering a workplace that inspires both staff and visitors.
