Angie Apolinaris is an environmental planner responsible for supporting environmental permitting, regulatory compliance and project planning for a wide variety of clients in the government, education, emergency services, energy, and real estate sectors. She conducts field inspections, prepares mapping, provides regulatory audit support, develops standard operating procedures (SOPs) for municipalities, and prepares documentation reports for the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) or in compliance with NYSDEC regulations. She also contributes to the development and implementation of Stormwater Management Plans (SWMPs) and Drinking Water Source Protection Plans (DWSP2s).

Ms. Apolinaris is also responsible for preparing State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQR) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents, including Short and Full Environmental Assessment Forms (EAFs), Expanded Environmental Assessments (EAs), and Environmental Impact Statements (EISs). In this capacity, she performs technical research and writing for environmental analyses, develops project plans, and assists with their implementation for both public and private clients. In addition, she also has experience coordinating with the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) as part of environmental review processes, ensuring project compliance with applicable cultural resource requirements.
