Mission critical facilities like public safety answering points (PSAPs) are essential to the socioeconomics of a region. Unlike emergency services facilities, many PSAPs are staffed by civilians, not first responders. As such, their mental health and well-being needs are different. In addition to designing PSAPs that are operationally correct, our team also looks for ways to help operators decompress after stressful calls and manage PTSD and other stress related conditions.
