Commercial truck dealership Gabrielli Truck Sales selected H2M to develop plans and specifications to combine two adjacent buildings in Hicksville, NY. Each building housed a maintenance area and a corresponding office space.
H2M designed an addition to bridge the two facilities and their respective utilities in order to serve the new, larger building and had the roof elevation raised to allow Gabrielli Truck Sales to service larger commercial trucks. This newly-designed maintenance area includes a vehicle wash bay with an oil-water separator, hazardous fuel storage, and oil distribution piping. H2M also managed the permitting process through the Nassau County Department of Health to ensure compliance with all county codes.
