H2M architects + engineers has supported TRITEC Real Estate Company on multiple phases of Station Yards, a mixed-use transit-oriented development centered around the Ronkonkoma Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) Station.
When fully built out, Station Yards will include up to 1,450 residential units, approximately 195,000 square feet of retail, 360,000 square feet of office space, structured and below-grade parking, public plazas, and extensive infrastructure improvements directly integrated with the LIRR station and surrounding roadway network. The project represents one of the most significant transit-oriented development initiatives on Long Island, transforming approximately 53 acres of underutilized land into a vibrant residential, commercial, and transportation hub.
