Capodagli Property Company retained H2M to provide engineering services for the management and site design of two five-story mixed use buildings in the Borough of Carteret and the Town of Dover in New Jersey.

For Linden, H2M designed a structure with an 8,000-square-foot restaurant with additional restaurant and retail space along the perimeter and four stories of residential apartment units above. H2M’s team also coordinated with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) to obtain all requisite permit approvals.

H2M’s design in Dover features three stories of residential apartment units atop a lower-level parking garage and retail space. In addition to designing the structure, H2M navigated the approval process with the NJDEP, Morris County, and the Town of Dover, and coordinated extensively with the local utility companies.
