DASNY selected our team to partner with Grow America Builders to transform existing spaces into retail cannabis dispensaries as part of New York State’s Social Equity Fund Program, which provides licenses for legal sale of cannabis to people affected by disproportionate enforcement of cannabis laws.
The scope of our work includes:
- Preparation of initial site assessment to determine if the site meets program requirements
- Preparation of design presentation and material boards for public areas
- Development of schematic designs, including 3D color renderings depicting the concept and operator branding look for the dispensary
- Preparation of construction documents and specifications
- Management of permit filings for proposed conversions
- Construction administration support and project closeout services
H2M and Grow America Builders have completed three dispensaries in Albany, Queens, and Manhattan.
