Reasonable Accommodations
H2M is committed to supporting people with disabilities and providing reasonable accommodation for qualified applicants and employees with disabilities. The Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) applies to employers with 15 or more employees, prohibits discrimination against applicants and employees with disabilities, and requires a company to provide reasonable accommodations for qualified employees with disabilities, unless doing so would cause undue hardship for the Organization. Reasonable accommodation can be requested at any time during the application process or employment. Individuals should contact a member of the HR Department to request reasonable accommodation. Once the accommodation is requested, H2M will act promptly to engage in an informal process to clarify the employee’s needs and identify the appropriate reasonable accommodation.
