Recruitment Fraud

At H2M, we are committed to maintaining a transparent and ethical recruitment process. Unfortunately, fraudulent activities are becoming increasingly common, and we want to ensure that job seekers are aware of potential scams.

What is Recruitment Fraud?
Recruitment fraud occurs when individuals or organizations impersonate legitimate companies to deceive job seekers into paying money for job offers, training, or other services. These scams may involve fake job postings, unsolicited job offers, or requests for personal information.

How to Recognize a Recruitment Scam:

  • No Fees Required: H2M will never ask you to pay money at any point in the hiring process. Any legitimate recruitment process will never ask for payment for job applications, interviews, or other services.
  • Official Communication Channels: We will only communicate with you through official company email addresses (e.g., @h2m.com or @dayforce.com). Be cautious of job offers or requests coming from personal email addresses.
  • Suspicious Job Offers: Be wary of unsolicited job offers that seem too good to be true or that you haven’t applied for. Scammers may offer high salaries, work-from-home opportunities, or other enticing perks without the proper interview process.
  • Request for Personal Information: Do not share personal or financial information, such as bank account details, Social Security number, or copies of identification documents, unless you are sure the offer is legitimate.

What To Do If You Suspect Fraud:

  • If you suspect that you’ve encountered a scam or fraudulent job offer, please report it immediately to us at humanresources@h2m.com.
  • Always verify the legitimacy of the communication through official channels before taking any action.

For Your Safety, Remember:

  • Always apply through our official career website or trusted job platforms.
  • Trust your instincts—if something doesn’t feel right, it’s better to double-check.

Stay vigilant and protect your personal information!
