Third-Party Recruiting Policy

This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for third-party recruiting firms who are looking to present candidates for consideration to H2M. Our goal is to ensure that partnerships are strategic, effective, efficient, and align with H2M’s standards and needs.

We aim to select recruiting partners that work in the (AEC) industry and understand our needs and the nuances of working in this industry. This policy applies to all third-party recruiting firms seeking to provide or providing recruitment services to H2M.

We respect the importance of recruiters needing exclusivity when it comes to recruiting for positions. We understand the amount of time and effort that goes into finding the right match and ensuring the third-party recruiter presenting candidates to our internal recruiters for consideration is mutually beneficial.

Third-party recruiters shall only submit candidates for review after a job requisition has been opened.  Unsolicited candidates will not be considered and third-party recruiters not eligible for placement fees.

We understand there are many recruiters looking to provide and place candidates with H2M, however due to the number of solicitations from third-party recruiters, we periodically do a review of the firms we have active contracts with renew these agreements annually unless terminated earlier for other reasons.

If your firm is interested in becoming a third-party recruiter for H2M, please provide your general business information, specialties for placement types, primary industry served and all other information to help H2M review your qualifications to hr@h2m.com. Please note that your recruiting services are not in effect until a valid agreement has been executed by both parties.

H2M will not pay a fee to a third-party recruiter that does not have a signed H2M agreement on file and has followed the H2M protocol as outlined in our agreement. It is the responsibility of the third-party recruiter to understand our protocol and policy.
