public agencies
Our goal is to be considered a trusted advisor to our clients; an extension of their own in-house staff.
Our public agency clients include City, State and Federal agencies with diverse project needs and challenges. Our goal is to be considered a trusted advisor to our clients; an extension of their own in-house staff. A senior level contract manager serves as the primary contact for each of our public agency clients, and will assemble a complete team of professionals to focus on the specialized needs of each assignment. We have served agencies such as the United States Postal Service (USPS) for over 35 years providing architectural and engineering services for over 500 varied projects under multiple IDIQ contracts. We are also serving agencies such as New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services (NYCDCAS), New York City Department of Design and Construction (NYCDDC), New York State Office of General Services (NYSOGS), Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY), Battery Park City Authority (BPCA), State University Construction Fund (SUCF), Air National Guard, New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (NYS OPRHP), New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) and others. From reconstruction of over 200 Sandy damaged homes in Brooklyn, NY to the design of new buildings, building renovations, and infrastructure improvements across the Northeast, we have assisted our clients with all of their project needs. Our experience enables us to complete projects small or large, simple or complex in a timely and cost effective manner.
