H2M has started to design a new Bargain Grocery in Troy, NY. The store, planned for a building at 558 River Street, would be the second location for a grocery that’s operating in Utica and is backed by the nonprofit Compassion Coalition. It’s a store like no other, a food retailer with a purpose.
