Congratulations are in order for H2M’s Stephanie DeCotiis, P.E., who has been voted to the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) FY21 Senate Leadership as the Deputy Speaker of the Senate!
The Senate is the strategic planning body of the Society of Women Engineers. In this role, Stephanie will envision and lead the development of long-range goals and strategic direction to further the society’s mission; manage senate teams developing and maintaining the strategic plan; direct completion of a Strategic Performance Assessment based on SWE’s structure, activities, mission, and goals; and lead the development of effective policy.
