A clear vision is like a magnet, it pulls you. A solid mission is like a roadmap, it directs you. Powerful values are like a shepherd, they protect us and guide our decisions. When we set out to create a renewed vision, mission, and values, we needed to listen to who we really are and find the right voice for our journey. Our new vision, mission, and values awakens the spirit of determination. Even during challenging times, it was clear that H2M would push through adversity. There is something about us that is bigger than the sum total number of our people. A greater cause. A bigger purpose.
