Joseph Flynn, Ed.D., R.A.
After almost 30 years in education, Joe is transitioning from a shared Superintendent role at Warren County Special Services School District and Allamuchy Township School District to a Senior Architect role at H2M’s Parsippany office. With his combined education and architecture background, Joe understands school projects from the administrator’s perspective, and is an expert on project funding, Township approvals, school community communications and coordinating construction with instructional calendars.
Meghan Spratt, R.A.
Ms. Spratt’s responsibilities include production and coordination on all phases of public school projects, including: design development; site surveying; construction documents; specification preparations; bidding and contract assistance; and various construction administration tasks such as reviewing submittals, attending construction meetings, and providing meeting minutes. In addition, she also helps the permitting processes within the Education Department.
Saverio J. Belfiore, AIA
Saverio has over 22 years of experience in the field of architecture covering a broad range of public works projects. For the past 12 years he has specialized in projects within the educational field. As a Deputy Discipline and Market Director, he is responsible for co-managing the architectural division and how it relates to the Education Market at H2M.
Michael W. Lantier, P.E., LEED AP
Mike’s 15 year career at H2M started within the Electrical Engineering Department and has progressed to a leading role providing support to numerous School Districts throughout the Tri-State area. He is the primary client contact and manages numerous K-12 School Districts. Although he holds a degree in electrical engineering, his years of experience have provided knowledge on many aspects of school construction.
