H2M architects + engineers proudly announces and congratulates Amanda Seidel, R.A., for earning the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional Building Design + Construction (LEED AP BD+C) status. The LEED Green Building Rating System is designed to encourage energy and resource conservation in the construction and operation of buildings. The BD+C directly relates to expertise in the design and construction phases of green buildings, serving the commercial, residential, education, and health care sectors.
Ms. Seidel works as a project architect at H2M Melville, NY headquarters. Working closely with real estate, education, and municipal clients her experience includes schematic design, preparation for town planning and zoning board presentations, design development, and construction documents.
Ms. Seidel has nine years of experience in the industry and is a resident of Seaford, NY. She holds her Bachelor of Architecture from New York Institute of Technology.
