This project is an affordable residential building restricted to people 55 and older. It consists of 36 units in a 4-story building on a concrete platform with on-grade parking. This project was built as part of the Winston Project as the affordable component. It’s location is convenient to the Mineola LIRR station, as well as the local shopping district.
